How can I place an order on Med-Focus?
To place an order on Med-Focus, simply browse our selection of products and add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart. Once you have all of the items you want, you can proceed to checkout. There you will be prompted to provide your billing information and then you can download the product as soon as the payment is confirmed.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
As our products are all digital, you will be able to download them as
soon as your payment is confirmed.

Can I track my order on Med-Focus?

Can I return or exchange an item I purchased on Med-Focus?
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on items purchased. However, we do stand behind the quality of our products, so if you have any issues with the product please contact us at medfocusinc@gmail.com and we will do our best to make it right.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
